Fulscher
Mitch has over 30 years of experience consulting for financial institutions with a specialty in capital markets. A major portion of his time is focused on Asian markets, especially Japan, where he is now based and has spent 15 years. Mr. Fulscher was a Partner with Arthur Andersen in Chicago, and established Andersen's futures and derivatives practice in the US, while working closely with the Exchanges and corporate users of the markets. Mitch moved to Tokyo in the late 1980's to set up Andersen's Capital Market Practice. After returning to the U.S. he was the Director of Andersen's financial markets practice in California until again returning to Tokyo as Senior Partner in 1997. Currently, he is serving as the Chairman of the Futures Industry Association of Japan. He also provides consulting to Exchanges as well as to US trading firms accessing the Japan derivatives markets. Mitch is a Director of Aozora Bank in Tokyo and also teaches classes on Corporate Governance at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School. Contact Information: Mitch Fulscher |
