Prior
to joining Melamed and Associates, Mr. Dubnow was Director,
Administrative Affairs, at HuaMei Capital Company, Inc., a financial
services firm specializing in China middle market cross-border
M&A transactions. Mr. Dubnow has been a member of the Chicago
Mercantile Exchange (CME) since 1975. He was President and General
Partner of HIJ Inc., a floor brokerage corporation that specializes
in execution and advisory services for institutional and retail
clients. He has extensive experience as a broker and trader
in equity futures contracts on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile
Exchange since their inception. Mr. Dubnow was a member of the
Board of Directors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1986
- 1991. He obtained a B.A. in 1976 from Northeastern Illinois
University in Economics and Business Management.
